Terms & Conditions

Quotes and bookings:

Balloon and decor pieces are custom quoted based on your event's size, venue, colors, and complexity. A quote is valid for 30 days.

Your date is reserved when we receive your deposit. Dates are first come, first served.

Deposits and payments:

We collect deposits and payments securely online. Your deposit goes toward your total.

Balances are due 7 days before your event.

Setup and cancellation:

We prefer a 2-hour setup window before your event. Please confirm venue access times when booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, tell us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable once paid. Custom pieces already built or ordered cannot be refunded.

Photos:

We love showing off our work. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may use photos of your event decor in our gallery, social media, and marketing. We will never share your personal details without permission. Just let us know if you prefer privacy and we will honor it completely.

Liability:

We take every care with your venue and decor. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
